Registration form for alternative establishments

Introduction to form

Please use this form if your establishment does not have a DfE number. Eligibility criteria for Artsmark may still apply. This form can be used for the following establishment types:

  • Virtual Schools
  • Youth Offending Teams

Note: If your setting has a DfE (sometimes called a LAESTAB) number, you need to register online here, unless you have specifically been directed to this page. 

The Artsmark registration fee is £500 (£250 for small settings with under 100 pupils).

  • By completing this form you agree that you have read the Terms and Conditions including Fee Conditions and understand that your school or education setting will be invoiced for the relevant fee amount to join Artsmark upon submission of this form. 
  • You understand that the registration fee cannot be refunded, in full or in part, after your school or educational setting has attended Artsmark Module 2 Training.
